Nicholas Kadar

Nicholas Kadar is a physician and an attorney who now practices Health Law, and has represented physicians throughout the country in a variety of disputes, mostly with hospitals.  Dr. Kadar graduated from  Oxford University, England in Medicine and Surgery, did his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale University-New Haven Hospital, and his Fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology at The Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University. He is also a Graduate of the Institute of Statisticians, England. Dr. Kadar has authored two books, more than 20 book chapters, and over 70 peer-reviewed articles. He has lectured  widely on laparoscopic surgery and the treatment of ectopic pregnancies, and has been invited to perform live surgery to demonstrate laparoscopic surgical techniques at several centers in this country and abroad. 


 Dr. Kadar obtained his  law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark  in 2000, and a  LL.M in Health Law from Seton Hall School of Law, Newark in 2005.  Dr. Kadar's current research interests are in peer review and the cognitive science of legal and medical decision making.
